SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on purchases over SEK 3,500. We will send your order within 1-5 working days unless otherwise stated. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track your product on the way home.

COMPLAINTS
You have the right to make a complaint for three years. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a deduction on the price, depending on the specific situation. Defective or damaged goods must be reported within a reasonable time.
